Southwest Florida Romance Writers is hosting their annual conference on Jan. 29, 2010. The conference will be held at The Hyatt Place in Bonita Springs across from Coconut Point Mall. Contests

The Greater Detroit RWA’s Booksellers’ Best Award is a published author’s contest for books published in 2010. Wisconsin Romance Writers (WisRWA) is sponsoring the 2011 Write Touch Readers’ Award contest. Submissions are now being accepted, deadline is January 11, 2011. Enter your novel-length romances w/ 2010 copyright, first printing, first North American printing date. Entry fee is $25.  WisRWA members are entitled to one free entry as a benefit of membership. Dunes & Dreams RWA presents their first annual Picture Perfect Cover contest. Entry fee is $10 per cover. Open to all covers for full-length romance novels (60,000 words minimum) from non-vanity, non-subsidy publishers with an original copyright date of 2009-2010. Covers can be for electronic or traditional format books. Dunes &  Dreams members are not eligible to enter. Five categories are available contemporary, historical, and paranormal/science-fiction.
